Jewelry Exchange Policy


Due to the nature of fine jewelry, we do not offer returns. However, exchanges are available under the following conditions:

 

  • Eligibility: Items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all documentation (certificates, pouches, boxes, etc.).
  • Exchange Value: Exchanges must be for an item of equal or greater value, with the price difference paid if applicable.
  • Final Sale Items: Custom, engraved, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Apparel Exchange & Store Credit Policy


We offer exchanges or store credit only- no refunds. If you are not fully satisfied with your apparel purchase, you may exchange your item or receive store credit within 14 days of delivery.

 

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Exchange Options: Exchanges can be made for a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • Store Credit: If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued for a future purchase. Store credit is non-transferable and does not expire.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a defective or incorrect jewelry or apparel item, please contact us at admin@iloveyouthesymbol.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.


How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Submit a Request: Email admin@iloveyouthesymbol.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

2. Approval & Return Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return shipping details.

3. Send Your Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
